PHASE 1 DIET



HERE IS MY PHASE 1 DIET - N.B. THIS DIET WILL ONLY WORK FOR ME IT IS EXACTLY THE RATIO OF FOODS I NEED THAT WORK FOR MY BODY TYPE THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE. THIS DIET IS WHAT I HAVE USED FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF MY 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION.



meal 1 10.30                   
2 scoop protein, 80 oat, 1 omega 3,6,9


Meal 2 13.00                
2 scoop protein, 30 gram dextrose


Meal 3  15.00                    
200 chicken   , 200 gram sweet potato with 4 green


Meal 4 17.30              
200 chicken
200 brown rice greens


Meal 5  19.30
2 haddock fillet with green 


Meal 6   21.30
COTTAGE CHEESE 40 gram peanut butter


8-10 glasses of water
