2 scoop protein, 30 gram dextrose

200 chicken , 200 gram sweet potato with 4 green

200 brown rice greens
Meal 5 19.30
2 haddock fillet with green
Meal 6 21.30
COTTAGE CHEESE 40 gram peanut butter
8-10 glasses of water
